By offering birthing classes , my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.This service is for everyone who will be at your birth to attend. You ( BIRTHING PERSON) will learn how to manage pain, counter measures and techniques on how to birth UNMEDICATED. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you would if i was your assigned DOULA. We will also touch bases on how to create the perfect mindset to prepare you for any uncertainty you might have when either free-birthing, unmedicated or medicated. You will also receive your birthing rights and all the techniques we learned. This class will allow you to have access to my personal line ( weekly) for future questions and grounding conversations and any other questions you might have about your future birthing experiences this will allow full access up until you give birth to your healthy baby. It’s like getting me as your personal doula at the snap of your fingers attending your birth is not included in this package

DOULA CERTIFICATION COURSE
This is a Two part training you will be required to complete the 3 day online training followed by 6-12 of mentorship to be a Certificated Doula
3 day doula training course ( ONLINE) provides the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals and their families throughout the childbirth journey, and it serves as a stepping stone towards a rewarding career as a doula.
•What to expect from this Training
Comprehensive curriculum: this doula training course covers a wide range of topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. It may include modules on anatomy and physiology, stages of labor, comfort measures, emotional support, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and more.
In-depth learning: The course will provide in-depth information and resources on various aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum support. You can expect to learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, the different stages of labor, pain management techniques, breastfeeding basics, and how to provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
Certification requirements: this doula training course is a prerequisite for a certification as a doula. The course provides information on the specific requirements and steps needed to pursue certification, such as attending births, completing written assignments, passing an exam, and fulfilling continuing education requirements.
once 3 day online training is completed you will be set up with 4 client to start the next steps in finalizing your Doula Certification. You will be assisted by me on 3 births the last birth you will do on you own with me assisting via phone.

PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION CERTIFICATION COURSE ( PLACENTA TRAINING
